Yuletide Recs - Part 1

gryvonSo, Yuletide was awesome this year. I wrote two fics, one of which was a brand new kink for me. I was all "this is the first I've run across this, must not be a very popular kink but seems okay to me" and then I wrote fic and the Yuletide readers have been proving how very wrong I was about that kink. Like whoa.

I asked for a fic about Eddie going all animalistic and this fit that to a T.
Not My Type - (Hellboy, PG, Nuada/John) When John gets back, a lot of things are different around the BPRD. Most notably all the elves.
More Nuada/John!!! There is so not enough of this pairing!
Tree Dreams - (Hellboy, PG, Nuada/John) John Myers: Tree Hugger.
Even more Nuada/John, with a slight humor bent and a setup full of awesome and win.
Stop and Smell the Grimm - (Grimm, R, Eddie/Nick) Sometimes Nick forgets exactly how good Monroe's sense of smell is.

Little Details - (Hanna is Not a Boy's Name, G, Gen) It's not that he minds - but Hanna doesn't share much, so when he does, it feels extraordinarily important.

bound to drift awhile - (Die Hard, PG, John/Matt) After the fire sale, Matt isn't surprised that John walks out of his life. He probably should be be surprised at how much he wants John in it.
Fix It, Or McClane Scale of Annoyance - (PG, John/Matt) When you save the world together, it creates a bond that nothing will ever break. And then you're stuck in your ordinary life being friends with John McClane. Which isn't all that bad, once you perfect the McClane Scale of Annoyance.

From Under a Sky that is Falling - (PG, Carver/Brandon) "Post-Melanie Bostic's party, he's at CVS with a fake ID made for him by Adam Thayer--the very Adam Thayer who had, just the week before, been the one who started the fight that had gotten Brandon in detention with Olive, resulting in him pretending to (loudly) have sex with her in Melanie Bostic's bedroom." The story of Brandon.

Marking His Territory - (NC-17, Eddie/Nick) Even though he knows he shouldn't, Monroe can't help wanting to hunt.
Testing the Leash - (G, Eddie/Nick) Eddie had never really liked fairy tale protagonists. Their stories never ended well for guys like him.
